The Process
How Connection Works
Four steps from authorization to weekly competition. Your data stays secure at every stage.
Authorize
Grant Staxion read-only access to your platform through secure OAuth. For Apple HealthKit, we request steps, active energy, and exercise minutes. For Supercell and Chess.com, we pull live rankings and match history. We never store your login credentials.
Sync
Health data from Apple HealthKit updates every 15 minutes. Supercell game stats refresh after each match. Chess.com data refreshes every 12 hours. All metrics flow into your unified profile automatically.
Group Up
Create a private group with a secure invite code for your friend circle, or join a public group for your campus organization. Each group centers around a single metric for clean, fair weekly leaderboards.
Compete Weekly
Your stats populate weekly leaderboards across all your groups. Build cumulative streaks that keep you engaged long-term. Follow new users through our searchable database and manage requests via the Activity Bell.
